Biography
Eric K. Nishimoto, an investment and leasing associate at Lee & Associates-LA North/Ventura Inc., a full-service commercial real estate company and member of the Lee & Associates group of companies, specializes in investment brokerage, landlord and tenant representation throughout the Los Angeles area with a focus in the San Fernando and Conejo valleys. A seasoned sales and marketing professional, Mr. Nishimoto’s real estate expertise includes leasing, underwriting and sale of investment properties as well as the development of long-term business strategies for his clients.

Mr. Nishimoto began his commercial real estate career at Marcus & Millichap where he was an investment sales associate and member of The Azzi Group. He joined the brokerage company as a marketing coordinator and financial analyst.
A four-time Division 1 Varsity Letter Winner in Gymnastics and member of the All Big Ten Gymnastic Championship Team on the Vault while a student at the University of Illinois, Mr. Nishimoto began his business career as an instructor at the Nova English Language School in Hitachi, Japan.
He is the President of a Los Angeles based hip hop arts non-profit called Justice by Uniting in Creative Energy(J.U.i.C.E.) J.U.i.C.E. is a free arts program that utilizes the hip hop arts as a tool for social change and youth empowerment.
